- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Shipping Time: Delivery times vary based on your location. Typically, orders within the continental United States are delivered within 3-7 business days.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as your delivery location.
- Backordered Items: For items that are on back order. We will hold your shipment until all items are ready to be shipped together. If you would like to receive available items sooner, we recommend placing two orders.
2. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track your order until it arrives at your doorstep.
3. International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
Returns and Refunds Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Daystar Distributing. If you are not satisfied, you can take advantage of our hassle-free 30-day return policy.

- Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
2. Free Returns
We offer free returns on all eligible items. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Prepare Your Package: Place the item(s) in their original packaging along with the proof of purchase.
- Attach Return Label: Attach the provided return label to the package.
- Ship the Package: Drop off the package at the nearest shipping facility or schedule a pickup.
3. Broken or Defective Items
If you receive a broken or defective item, please contact us immediately. We are committed to providing quick replacements for defective products.

- Replacement: We will arrange for a replacement item to be shipped to you as soon as possible, free of charge.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
